Who am I? Mom of four. Army Health Officer. Doctor. Wife. A gal trying to change the world through inspiration.

We all need a “Haven” with all the struggles and obstacles life throws at us. After years of searching, I found my “Haven” in the gym. It was a place where I was able to escape all the worries and clear my mind. My place of piece and comfort.

The one thing that I didn’t want to worry about was my gym clothes sagging, falling off my shoulders, not holding my boobs properly or feeling uncomfortable in my attire.

After seeing the impact, a confident and bold outfit had on my self-esteem and motivation; and speaking with individuals about not being able to afford high quality apparel, i decided to launch Haven Wear. My focus is to inspire all to chase their goals and feel confident while doing so.
